Bingxu is a German language tutor at the UNNC Language Centre since 2022 and is currently serving as German team coordinator. In addition, during AY 2022–2023 she was chief editor of the Language Centre magazine CosmoL&C.
She co-founded Zhengjian Training School of Haishu District in Ningbo from 2019 to 2021 before joining UNNC. Prior to that, she worked as a German language tutor at Kolping Bildungswerk in Bayreuth, Germany from 2017 to 2018. She is adept at German-English-Chinese translation and has worked as interpreter for German/Austrian companies including ECT-KEMA, Sonderhoff and Flatz GmbH. She is an educator member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL).
Bingxu earned a master's degree in Intercultural German Studies/teaching German as a foreign language (DaF) from the University of Bayreuth in Germany. Her current academic interest lies in intercultural communication in language learning field.
