Jie Wang (Fifi) is a Professor in Organisational Behaviour and serves as the Head of the International Business and Management department at Nottingham University Business School China. She received her PhD in Management from City University of Hong Kong. Professor Wang’s primary research areas include workplace interpersonal relationships, team management, and proactivity. Her research has been published in leading international journals, including Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, Human Resource Management, and Journal of Business Ethics, among others. Professor Wang has led and participated in research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She sits on the editorial boards of Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Work, Aging and Retirement, and has served as a reviewer for over a dozen leading international journals. She got the Ningbo Outstanding Natural Science Paper Award and the Yongjiang Social Science Young Talent Award.
