Matthew's primary research area is in the field of HCI. Specifically, he investigates the concept of Digital Wellbeing - the capacity of user’s to look after their personal health, safety, relationships and work-life balance in digital settings. Matthew is particularly interested in the brain, and how it responds to our interactions with user interfaces.
