Yuhua is now a PhD student at the Nottingham University Business School China under supervision by Prof. Yanjun Guan and A/Prof. Jie(Joseph) Yu. His research topic focuses on the impact of emerging technologies on employee behaviour. He is open-minded to collaborate with the industry for joint research/survey in organisational behaviour/information systems.
