Description
With the success of the MoST-funded cryogen-free MRI project, a new cryogen-free rotatable 1.5T superconductive MRI system will be developed. This new MRI system can perform MRI scan in two different postures: Lying and Stand-up. The stand-up posture is the natural posture for humans, and the related MRI scan has a broad clinical application. This project will be carried out by a close collaboration between UNNC, XinGaoYi Medical Equipment Co. LTD and Ningbo No.2 hospital. Two PhD scholarship will be offered by this project.
