Abstract

The conclusion returns to the initial question the editors were asking when they began to gather contributions for this edited volume: ‘Should you go abroad’? In their dialogue, Kerstin and Ruairidh reflect on their and others’ experiences described and analysed in this volume. They draw out some common themes, particularly pointing to how much working abroad seems to be able to change perceptions of teaching but also perspectives on the self.
