Non Traditional Research Outputs (NTRO's)

• Documentary Project – 'Life at the University of Nottingham Ningbo, China': this is a short film that I undertook the duty of producer and director with the support of UNNC students. The film is currently in post-production.
• Documentary video for the 'Horizontal Metropolis Yangtze Riverdelta: Entangling Capitals Exhibition.' I led UNNC students to produce a short documentary style video concerning the transformations of rural farming in China. It will be showcased at a physical exhibition in collaboration with The Department of Architect at UNNC.
• Half the World is Sleeping: I am co-producing and directing this short film, as part of the AHRC research grant that I secured, along with my colleague, Dr. Filippo Gilardi. 
• BlueCat Screenwriting Competition: My pilot episode, Angela, made the top 10%. Notably, over a 1000 screenplays were submitted.
• GoKinema Film Festival: My short script Rock, Paper, Scissors was selected as the open set film, which was directed by Oscar winning cinematographer Philippe Rousselot.
• Pretzel Film Directors' Competition: My short film Deception, which I wrote and directed, was a top 10 finalist for Best Director.
• Scriptapalooza Screenwriting Competition: My feature film screenplay Worthless achieved the semifinals and was subsequently promoted for a year by an agency based in Los Angeles. Notably, with just over 3000 screenplays entered into the competition, Worthless managed to fight its way into the top 1%,
• LA Thriller Film Festival: Ciaran, a short film I co-wrote, was prized as Best Student Film.
